Tools to Boost your Nutrition

This month I am focusing and boosting my nutrition and refocusing my diet and lifestyle.  I would like to invite you to do the same!  Last week I started the 28 day SP detox program.  I love the way I feel after my body is rid of toxins.  I feel a boost of energy, higher mood, and a thinner middle.  The longer I keep up my whole food diet after, the longer the effects.  Will you join me?


1. SP Detox Program - Learn to build a healthy diet as a lifestyle.  This program is my favorite because it is more than a detox.  You eat REAL FOOD for the entirety of the program. It teaches you how to eat! You can choose a 10 day or a 28 day program. I chose the 28 day for maximum benefit, and I add in a 10 day boost when I feel sluggish or my diet starts to slip into processed and refined. The program comes with a helpful guide with yummy recipes, a shaker bottle, and the SP Detox Balance in either chai or unflavored. Check out these yummy meals I have been eating!


2. Juicing Veggies - Full of powerful micronutirients that power our cells, organs, and body.  Juicing is a wonderful way to add more veggies to your diet.  Bonus: Kids don't realize they are drinking veggies when you have a yummy recipe.  Stay tuned for more info on juicing!

3. Protein Powders - High quality is key!  I recommend Standard Process because they use local, whole food, organic ingredients.  It doesn't get any better than that.  They have a wide array of options from dairy free to high protein for athletes.  The flavor is great, too!

5. Blood Work - Did you know that via a simple blood test we can determine your levels of Vitamin D, B vitamins, omegas, and magnesium?
