9 BEST SUPPLEMENTS for IMMUNE SUPPORT

Have any of you been obsessed with Instagram Reels lately? Grace and I made one that we thought was pretty funny about immune system supplements. Definitely check it out @ebeginningschiro (or click the icon at the top of the page). I thought it might be helpful to give a little more detail about the supplements in the Reel:

9. Vitamin D3 + K : Winter is around the corner in the midwest. We definitely need a bit of that sunshine vitamin.

8. Chewable Vitamin C: Sometimes it's nice to have a chewable C. It tastes like oranges and is a nice break from swallowing all those pills.

7. Vitamin C Bio Complex: A super absorbable power antioxidant! Antioxidants capture the bad stuff (free radicals) so you can keep doing the good stuff.

6. Zinc: Not only is zinc great for immune health, it's also an essential nutrient for hormone health.

5. Immuneplex: This is an all-round great immune support that is by far my favorite go-to! It harnesses real, wholefood power to support your body’s natural ability to fight.

4. Elderberry syrup: A VERY close second as my favorite immune support product. It’s a must-have to keep away the sniffles! We love Leba Naturals because they are local, organic, and mom-made.

3. Elderberry Gummies: These are great for kids (or adults) that don’t love the syrup. They also are excellent for travel or to stash in your purse.

2. Defender EO: We love to diffuse this at the office all winter. Ingredients like cinnamon, clove, lemon, and eucalyptus oils ward off yuckies and smell like Christmas.

1. Probiotics: I LOVE Klaire labs and wouldn’t go any other way. Love your gut, love your skin, love your brain and love your immune system with this probiotic.

As always, feel free to stop in for a personal consultation to learn more about any or all of the above supplements. Every person is different and I want to make sure you have what you need!

Until next week,
