We are a family practice with an emphasis on fertility, pregnancy, and the mother-baby dyad. We love to care for older kids, dads, and grandparents when they desire a wellness lifestyle.

Our Mission
To provide Chiropractic Care, resources, and education to the pregnant mother and her family to facilitate a healthy pregnancy, labor, and birth creating a healthy lifestyle.
Our Vision
Our vision is to serve Ozaukee County families with a premier holistic chiropractic experience for pregnant mamas, women experiencing infertility, babies, toddlers, teens, and adults. We strive to guide these individuals on their wellness journey as they reach their goals.
What Makes Us Different
We guide families through their journey. This looks different from a traditional chiropractic office. We see entire families, sometimes three generations. We have a semi-open adjusting space, a large play area and reception, and a community between families. It’s not unusual for families to stay for playtime or crafts.
Our patients are in charge of their wellness. We empower them to make decisions and changes for their families with courage and the opportunity to learn. As a result, half of our families are under wellness care and visit us weekly or biweekly.
Our Location
We are located in downtown Cedarburg, WI across the street from parks, coffee shops, and historic charm. Cedarburg is just minutes away from Milwaukee full of museums, sporting events, trendy neighborhoods, and award-winning restaurants. It’s just as convenient to travel minutes in other directions to find rolling farmland, hiking trails, and nature-based schools. Ozaukee County and the surrounding areas are sure to deliver!

As our Chiropractic Care Advocate, you’ll be the warm, welcoming face of our practice while upholding our Standards of Excellence:
What You’ll Do
- Greet with Warmth and Purpose – Create a welcoming atmosphere where every practice member feels valued and acknowledged by name
- Serve with Compassion and Expertise – Provide individualized, heartfelt care that prioritizes the well-being of each family
- Listen First, Respond Thoughtfully – Take time to truly understand our practice members’ needs and provide clear, compassionate responses
- Educate to Empower – Help families understand their health journey and the benefits of regular chiropractic care
- Maintain a Healing Environment – Take ownership of our space to ensure it’s clean, organized, and full of positive energy
- Work as a Unified Team Member – Collaborate with our clinical team to deliver exceptional care and support practice flow
Your Daily Impact Will Include
- Creating exceptional experiences from scheduling to check-out
- Supporting and engaging with children, comforting mothers, and holding babies
- Managing administrative aspects including scheduling, payments, and patient accounts
- Assisting with marketing initiatives and community outreach
- Contributing to our mission of changing family health trajectories

Hours and Compensation
- 25-35 Hours per week (Monday – Thursday)
- $18-22 per hour depending on experience
