OUR NEW PATIENT PROCESS
BEFORE WE MEET: Book Your Exam
You’ve read about our services and learned more about our practice. You’re ready to schedule your New Patient Exam. Schedule Online or call us and select a time when you can devote approximately 45 minutes to your health and wellness. Then, your new patient paperwork will appear in your inbox. Please fill it out prior to arriving! For certain pediatric or complex cases, Dr. Camille or Dr. Stef may request a phone call prior to your exam.
Prepare for your visit by mapping out your trip!
DAY 1: Complete Your Exam & Scan
When you arrive on the day of your exam, please enter through the main doors of the Creekside Center. We’re the 2nd door on the right. When you arrive, you will see one of our Chiropractic Assistants, at the front desk (meet the team). Feel free to grab a coffee or a snack while you chat with her. She will lead you back to the exam room.
Dr. Camille or Dr. Stef will sit down and chat with you about your medical history and specific concerns. Also during your exam, she will learn more about your nervous system using our non-invasive INSiGHT scanning technology, which has 3 components:
HRV (Heart Rate Variability): The Heart Rate Variability scan measures your nervous system's ability to adapt to stress. Our doctors use the results to understand how you are handling stress in your daily life.
Thermal: The Thermal scan measures differences in temperature along the spine. The results allow our doctors to accurately see areas where physical stress has built up in your nervous system.
Surface EMG: The Surface EMG scan measures how much energy is being used by your muscles to maintain your posture. Our doctors use this information to determine if certain muscles are over or under compensating for poor posture.
After your exam, we will help you schedule your Report of Findings. Schedule this when you have 30 minutes available in your day. This will allow time for your results and first adjustment!
DAY 2: Report of Findings
Dr. Camille or Dr. Stef will take about 15 minutes to sit down with you and discuss your goals, results, and supplement recommendations. She will also explain your customized restorative care plan. At this appointment be prepared to schedule your first month of care.
LOOKING TO THE FUTURE
When you come to the end of your restorative care plan, you will graduate to wellness care. This means you will visit the office either weekly or bi-weekly, depending on our doctors’ recommendations and what works best for your family. We look forward to celebrating wellness with you!
