A Mom’s Perspective Through Chiropractic:  My Journey to Better Sleep and Pain Relief





I have had hip pain since high school. As a three-sport athlete, I chalked it up to the intense training I was doing. I then went on to play collegiate soccer, and the pain persisted. I saw a trainer every day, did the exercises, and still suffered from mild pain consistently. I had seen a chiropractor on and off, which helped, but didn’t eliminate the pain.



Fast forward a couple of years and my husband and I found out we were pregnant!



However, during my pregnancy with Lily, I began experiencing back and hip pain that disrupted my daily life even more than before. The discomfort was so intense that it affected my sleep, making it difficult to rest at night. Even during my workday, the pain persisted, making pregnancy more challenging than I had expected. Finally, eight months into my pregnancy, I had had enough. I started searching for a chiropractor who specialized in pregnancy.



That’s when I found Early Beginnings Chiropractic!


 After starting chiropractic care, the changes were remarkable. My back and hip pain significantly decreased, allowing me to sleep better at night and feel more comfortable throughout the day. The end of my pregnancy was so much smoother with consistent chiropractic care! I thoroughly enjoyed coming into the office, and the adjustments helped me relax after a long day of teaching. (I used to be a teacher!)
